Former AFL player Ben Cousins has opened up about the intense physical preparation he is undergoing as he prepares to compete on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars. The 44-year-old, who played 270 games for the West Coast Eagles and Richmond Tigers, says he is training harder than ever to get in shape for the demanding dance competition.

"I'm doing a lot of cardio, a lot of running and skipping to build up my endurance," Cousins revealed in an interview. "I'm also doing strength training to build lean muscle and core work to improve my balance and stability, which is essential for dancing."
