Florida Man Charged After Attacking McDonald's Customer Over Missing Sauce

Wesley Bullock, 48, of Zephyrhills, Florida, has been charged with armed burglary and aggravated assault after assaulting an individual who intervened during an argument with a McDonald's worker over missing sauce on April 16, 2023.

According to police, Bullock became angry and verbally abusive towards the drive-thru worker when he did not receive sauce with his order.

When a bystander tried to intervene and calm Bullock down, Bullock allegedly punched the man and the two began physically altercating until another worker broke it up. Bullock then followed the victim to a nearby Speedway gas station, cut him off, and got out of his car carrying a gun.

Surveillance footage shows Bullock reaching into the victim's vehicle and attempting to shoot him in the head, but the gun did not fire. The two men struggled over the gun, with Bullock striking the victim in the forehead with the weapon.

Bullock then re-racked the gun or took off the safety and aimed it at the victim again. The victim was able to disarm Bullock, secure the firearm in his own car, and flee the scene while calling the police.
