The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education in Bangladesh has published the results of the written examination for the recruitment of assistant teachers for government primary schools in 21 districts of Dhaka and Chattogram divisions. A total of 23,057 candidates passed the examination out of 3,49,293 who sat for the test on March 29, 2024.

The results are available on the websites of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education and the Directorate of Primary Education. Successful candidates will also receive text messages of the results on their mobile phones. The details regarding the date, time, and venue of the oral examination will be provided at a later time.

This was the third phase of the government primary school assistant teacher recruitment test. The first and second phases were held earlier for districts in Rangpur, Barisal, Sylhet and other divisions. In the first phase, 90,337 candidates passed the written exam, and 2,497 were finally selected after the viva examination.
