Jasa Marga and KPK Launch Integrated Whistleblowing System to Combat Corruption

On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, state-owned toll road operator PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) launched an integrated Whistleblowing System (WBS) as part of Jasa Marga's commitment to transparency and corporate transformation. The launch event, attended by Jasa Marga's commissioners, directors, and representatives, as well as KPK officials and a consultant from Visi Integritas, also included a Bootcamp for Jasa Marga Group's Anti-Corruption Ambassadors.

Jasa Marga's Commissioner Raja Erizman emphasized that the integrated WBS is a concrete step in strengthening internal and external oversight mechanisms, ensuring that any violations or acts of corruption can be reported and followed up on quickly and effectively. "This is a joint commitment to promote transparency and transformation in the company's management," Erizman stated, appreciating the collaboration with KPK as proof of Jasa Marga's commitment to eradicating corruption and strengthening good and transparent corporate governance.

The Jasa Marga President Director Subakti Syukur also highlighted that the integration of the WBS with KPK is a manifestation of their commitment to implementing good corporate governance, aiming to create a transparent work environment that upholds ethics and integrity while ensuring more effective risk management. The Anti-Corruption Ambassadors, who will be trained to identify, prevent, and report corruption, play a critical role in this effort.
