B&M, a UK-based discount retailer with 660 stores and 250 garden centre locations, is offering deals on summer essentials, including garden bulbs and seeds, with prices starting from just £1. Savvy shoppers can save hundreds of pounds by using the B&M scanner app and visiting stores on Wednesdays at 10am for clearance sales.

Some of the key deals include tropical retreat curve plants reduced from £20 to £6, B&M decorative plant feeders for £1, and the retailer's iconic egg chairs available in three designs. B&M also has offers on decking, pot planters, and garden accessories both online and in-store.

Matt Konopielko from Wrexham shared his wisdom with members of the B&M Scanner and Other Bargains Facebook group. "Use the B&M scanner app to find cheaper prices on items," he advised. Konopielko also recommended visiting stores on Wednesday mornings when clearance sales can discount items to as little as 10p.

B&M has been thriving despite many brands struggling on the high street. The retailer currently has 660 stores across the UK and aims to reach 950 branches in the long term. Customers can check the B&M website for online deals and use the store locator tool to find their nearest location out of the 250 garden centres.

In a separate incident, Thomas Anthony Clark faced criticism online for his crushed velvet aesthetic, which some compared to the Home Bargains style. However, Clark revealed that his decor was actually from B&M and expressed no embarrassment at the comparison, highlighting the retailer's popularity and wide appeal.
