The Chattanooga Lady Red Wolves are set toOpen, Seasonon Sunday, May 12 at CHI Memorial Stadium against Tennessee Soccer Club. The kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. as the team aims to build on their successful 2023 campaign and secure a spot in the postseason.

In the 2023 season, the Lady Red Wolves finished with an impressive 8-3-1 record, ranking second in theUSL W LeagueSouthern Conference South Central Division. The team will be looking to represent their division in the 2024 postseason, as the USL W League features a total of 465 regular season games with teams competing across the country.

The Lady Red Wolves welcome several academy products to their roster this season, including Zoe Misenheimer, Mary Wamack, and Emily Betterton. Returning players Sara Hill, Lauren Alexander, Jayla Gillespie, Kennedy Ball, Molly Cason, Sophia Mize, Katie Wilson, Ava Duffey, Clarissa Salinas, Zoey Mize, and Grace Morris will also be back in action. New signings Caroline Richvalsky, Katie Bahn, Abby Gemza, and Natascha Frei round out the squad.

During the offseason, three former Lady Red Wolves players signed professional contracts. Sinoxolo Cesane inked a deal with Mazatlan FC Femenil in Mexico, Maggie Shaw joined the Newcastle United Jets in Australia, and Mackenzie Smith will compete for Fram in Iceland. They became the fourth, fifth, and sixth players in club history to sign pro contracts.

Head coach Luke Winter leads the Lady Red Wolves, along with assistant coaches Tracy Hoza and Katie Philips, goalkeeper coach Ricardo Jérez, and performance coach Nick Davis. The team will hold a practice on Saturday, May 11 at Camp Jordan from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and will be recognized at halftime of the men's game that evening.
