The featured guests include Anita Jaisinghani, chef-owner of Pondicheri; Vanarin Kuch, chef-owner of Koffeteria; and Terry Wong of Blood Bros. BBQ. These acclaimed chefs will share their perspectives on the vibrant and diverse AAPI culinary scene in Houston.

Chef Anita Jaisinghani is known for her innovative Indian cuisine at Pondicheri, which has locations in Houston and New York City. She has been nominated for James Beard Awards and featured in numerous national publications for her creative approach to traditional Indian flavors.

Vanarin Kuch, a former Top Chef contestant, opened Koffeteria in Houston's East Downtown in 2019. The bakery and cafe showcases Kuch's Cambodian heritage and classic pastry training, with unique creations like the pandan croissant and upcoming food and drink events.

Terry Wong is one of the pitmasters behind Blood Bros. BBQ, a popular Houston barbecue joint that incorporates Asian flavors and techniques. Wong and his partners, Robin and Terry Wong, have gained a devoted following for dishes like brisket fried rice and smoked turkey banh mi.
