SteelSeries Unveils Updated Arctis Nova Pro Wireless Headset in White

SteelSeries has released a new white version of its premium multi-platform gaming headset, the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, in 2024. The updated headset features smaller Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) nubs, addressing a comfort issue with the original design. Priced at $350, the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless is a do-it-all gaming headset packed with features like ANC, hot-swap batteries, a wireless base station, and simultaneous Bluetooth connectivity.

The original Arctis Nova Pro Wireless had a large ANC bump in the earcup, which caused discomfort for some users. The updated design addresses this issue, but some users may still experience discomfort due to a hard ledge near the top of the ear cup. SteelSeries offers a solution in the form of itsWicked Cushions, a $30 accessory that provides additional padding and distance between the ears and the headset.

In addition to the comfort improvements, SteelSeries has also updated its Sonar software, adding over 100 game profiles, including popular titles like Call of Duty and Brawlhalla. Users can duplicate and customize these profiles to suit their preferences, enhancing their gaming audio experience.

The updated Arctis Nova Pro Wireless gaming headset offers improved comfort and expanded features, making it an excellent choice for gamers seeking a premium audio experience. While some users may still encounter comfort issues, the Wicked Cushions accessory provides a viable solution. With its high-end features and extensive Sonar profiles, the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless solidifies its position as a top-tier gaming headset in 2024.
